Energy & Sustainability Manager, River Clyde Homes

Duncan has over thirty years of experience in the construction and energy industries, working within the public and private sectors in the UK, Germany and Australia.

He is currently Energy and Sustainability Manager at River Clyde Homes where he is responsible for the development of the energy and sustainability strategy to inform the association’s strategic direction for retrofit and energy efficiency works over the coming ten years.

Duncan is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as well as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CMCIH), and is on the Existing Homes Alliance (EHA) working group.

He is a Board Member Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland and a member of the Scottish Government EESSH Working Group and the Zero Emissions Social Housing Taskforce or ZEST, as well as providing advice to central and devolved Government.
