Changeworks, in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council, is delivering a Retrofit One-Stop Shop (OSS) pilot across the area, supported through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

As part of this work, a supply chain engagement workshop will be held at Scotland’s National Retrofit Centre in Blantyre.

The session will bring together local installers, suppliers, partners and support organisations to:

  • Share the ambition for domestic retrofit across South Lanarkshire

  • Provide context on the OSS approach and EcoCosi service model

  • Present insights from consultancy and data analysis work underway

  • Gather structured feedback from the local supply chain

  • Strengthen relationships across the local retrofit ecosystem

This is not a procurement event. The focus is on alignment, collaboration and understanding how the supply chain can position itself as opportunities develop.

The workshop is being delivered as part of the Changeworks project in the South Lanarkshire area, with BE-ST hosting and facilitating on the day.
