INT012 - Scalable Net-Zero Housing

By using the Edinburgh Home Demonstrator, this learning scenario asks students to make and defend combined procurement and management decisions for an affordable-housing pipeline delivered using offsite MMC. It requires students to work in small groups to weigh commercial, whole-life-cost and cross-disciplinary delivery trade-offs under realistic constraints.

For each topic covered, a slide deck, detailed presenter notes and activities brief were prepared. This provides tutors with flexibility in how they structure and deliver the learning scenario. The learning scenario is designed for delivery either online, in person, or through a blended approach.

For each topic covered, a slide deck with detailed presenter notes and handouts with more detailed technical information will be made available to students/tutor. All activity briefs for tutors, along with recommended reading resources, have also been prepared and are available to support delivery.
