Rachael brings over 10 years’ experience in sustainability, social value and skills programme delivery across infrastructure, energy and the built environment. With 10 years' experience in teaching and a further 10 in social value consultancy, her background includes developing multi-partner programmes and building collaborations between industry, education, the public sector and community organisations.
She is passionate about turning ambitious ideas into practical programmes that create measurable impact, support the transition to net zero and develop the skills needed for the future workforce.
