Gavin has an extensive experience at senior level and an architectural background. Gavin, a Certified Passivhaus Designer, has contributed significantly to the design and refurbishment of numerous public buildings, along with strategic asset management and housing development. Committed to decarbonizing the construction and housing sectors, he is passionate about harnessing the positive impact of the Net Zero transition to improve the lives of everyone living in Scotland.
