Low Carbon Passport
Unlocking the skills for a low energy future.
The Low Carbon Passport is a first-of-its-kind, accredited training programme equipping 1,200 construction professionals with essential low carbon skills.
Delivered by BE-ST in partnership with Balfour Beatty and funded by the CITB Industry Impact Fund, it addresses critical industry gaps to meet Scotland’s Net Zero targets.
Developed with leading technical contributors and major contractors, the course supports both the existing workforce and new entrants, ensuring high-quality, energy-efficient buildings across the built environment.
Take the online module
The Low Carbon Passport course is free to take part in and combines online modules and hands-on, in-person training to give construction operatives, college learners, and more, the knowledge and practical skills to deliver low energy, high-quality buildings.
