Join us on 29th April at Scotland’s National Retrofit Centre, located within BE-ST’s Innovation Campus, for the launch of a new joint publication from BE-ST and the Passivhaus Trust: Delivering Quality.
Developed by Tier 1 contractors and supported by BE-ST, the Passivhaus Trust, and a wider industry working group, this paper shares practical approaches to delivering quality across large and complex high-performance projects. It draws on real-world experience from contractors who understand that achieving quality is not just about systems and standards but about leadership and culture.
The publication explores how strong leadership helps set clear expectations, drives best practice, and empowers teams to take ownership of solutions. At its core is the idea that embedding a culture of quality means creating an environment where people care about outcomes, take pride in their work, feel valued, and understand the “why” behind every requirement.At this launch event, we will delve into the key themes of the paper and highlight how a culture of quality can positively influence every stage of project delivery.
