Addressing housing supply without embracing modern construction approaches risks missing a major opportunity, particularly given Scotland’s strong potential in homegrown timber and advanced manufacturing.
This summit brings housing and MMC together as interconnected solutions. It asks a critical question: how can we accelerate the delivery of better, faster, and more affordable homes?
