A five-month agile leadership course aimed towards college management and educators.

The course adopts a competency-based focus to support educators in reducing skills imbalances.

Through peer-to-peer learning, practical training, and input from guest speakers, by the end of the course, you will have:

  • Identified your ability as an educator to move beyond skills development into competency-building

  • Enhanced your practical skills to deliver training in a more agile way, building a more resilient and innovation-minded future workforce

  • Gained knowledge of different strategies to align student competency with rapid changes in the built environment.

BE-ST Educator Programme - Yorkshire & Humber

The BE-ST Educator Programme is a four-day leadership and skills development course designed for Further Education (FE) managers and tutors. Delivered in partnership with EN:Able Communities CIO and hosted at Barnsley College’s brand-new Clean Energy Training Centre, this programme equips educators to deliver practical training in the skills needed for the UK’s net zero journey.

Having already run successfully with 12 colleges in Scotland, this marks the first time the programme is being delivered in England.
