Educator Programme 2025

Supporting educators to adopt a competency-based approach to education.

Group of people in safety vests having a conversation indoors, possibly at a construction site or safety training event.

A six-month agile leadership course aimed towards college management and educators.

The course adopts a competency-based focus to support educators in reducing skills imbalances.

Through peer-to-peer learning, practical training, and input from guest speakers, by the end of the course, you will have:

  • Identified your ability as an educator to move beyond skills development into competency-building

  • Enhanced your practical skills to deliver training in a more agile way, building a more resilient and innovation-minded future workforce

  • Gained knowledge of different strategies to align student competency with rapid changes in the built environment.

BE-ST is now fully-funding educators to be part of the third cohort of the programme.
