HCI’s five key focus areas:

Skills and pathways for a net zero just transition

The Centre for Net Zero High Density Buildings (CeNZ-HighDB) Thematic Working Group VI, led by Edinburgh Napier University, is developing an evidence-based skills programme for Net Zero Carbon High Density Buildings.

Working with established partner networks, the group will identify skills needs and support the rollout of new training through colleges and industry across the UK, accelerating green economy growth. A strong focus on equality, diversity and inclusion will support a just transition, driving regional investment in net zero manufacturing and onsite skills and creating new jobs in partnership with Regional Skills Partners.
