Anne Johnstone

Founder, Fair Futures Partnership

Anne is an experienced environmental and sustainability consultant with over 20 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on commercial real estate and construction. 

Anne founded Fair Futures Partnership in 2020 to focus on working towards a just and fair zero carbon economy in Scotland. She was previously Head of Environment, Energy and Sustainability at Hollis, a global real estate consultancy and has also held positions at ENVIRON (now part of Ramboll) and Atkins. She is a member of the Scottish Vacant and Derelict Land Taskforce, the Investment Property Forum Scottish board and is Past Chair of the UK Environmental Law Association. Anne has a degree in Geology from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters in Geochemistry from the University of Leeds. She has a particular interest in STEM education in schools and encouraging girls and young women to pursue STEM careers.
