You might have attended one of our 60+ events each year at the BE-ST Innovation Campus but did you know that you can hire our event space for you own meeting or event? 

We have three flexible conferencing and event spaces that include the latest AV equipment and an events support package tailored to you, plus a unique events and exhibition space is also available to book upon request. 

As well as meetings and events, we run monthly tours for the public. We have hosted tours for various Scottish Government Ministers, including the First Minister of Scotland. 

Our seminar rooms have hosted industry events with Scottish Enterprise, UK Green Building Council and Passivhaus Trust, covering topics such as low carbon heating, commercial retrofit, Passivhaus, modern methods of construction and much more. 

The Innovation Factory offers a unique environment as an events & exhibition space. This vast space can accommodate up to 400 individuals and incorporate staging, seating and AV requirements. The Innovation Factory hosts some of the world-leading projects and equipment driving built environment transformation, with in-kind factory tours available to anyone booking a full day event: 

• Scotland’s first homegrown mass timber home 
• The world's first 90% recycled brick wall 
• The UK's only full-scale vacuum press  
• MultiPly - award winning CLT structure 
• Offsite manufacturing line 
• Passivhaus training rigs

Our largest event to date, BE-ST Fest 2022, took place in our new showcase facility on our Innovation Campus. The Summit saw 400 attendees comes together for an inspiring day filled with fantastic speakers, over 30 demos and exhibitors from across the industry, a variety of workshops and other activity aimed at advancing our journey to zero carbon in the built environment.
